Terms and Conditions

1. Only 2 guests are allowed in the tent, children count as guests.

2. The tent may only be occupied by the renter or pre-confirmed guests.

3. The guest list must be completed before the booking.

4. Arrival and Departure times are to be adhered to, unless a prior arrangement has been made.

5. Children should be under parental supervision.

6. Pets are not allowed.

7. Disorderly behaviour will not be tolerated.

8. No smoking inside the tent at all.

9. No events are allowed big or small.

10. Call out fees will be charged to the guest for broken appliances.

11. Any lost keys/cards/clickers are charged at €50 per set.

12. All music turned down by 11pm.

13. Staff must have access to the premises.

14. Our pool is unprotected so please watch kids.

15. Doors need to be closed and locked at night or when out. Also all valuables placed in safe.

16. Payments are to be made on or before the due date on booking form.

17. The Owner reserves the right to terminate the stay if terms are not met.

18. Resources are precious, please use sparingly. Please do not leave athe ircon or fans on when out.

19. Damaged goods are to be charged at cost plus 20%, please let us know of anything damaged.

A 25% deposit is to be paid at time of booking and the remaining balance to be paid at least 30 days before arrival. A €150 euro refundable security deposit is to be paid at time of booking.

Check-in time: From 15:00. Check-out time: 11:00.
